By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Purchaser understands that due to the consumable nature of our products, there will be a 10% restocking fee on AUTHORIZED returns!  Returns are NOT accepted after 7 days of delivery.

2. Purchaser is at least 18 years of age and can enter legal contracts.

3. Purchaser is purchasing a lab kit for educational purposes only in a formal educational course of study through the direction of an instructor at a higher education institution.

4. Purchaser agrees that all lab safety procedures will be followed as given by the instructor at their institution.  Purchaser agrees that these procedures will be read and fully understood before undertaking the lab procedure.

5. Purchaser understands that the products contained in this kit can be potentially harmful if used in an unauthorized manner.  All safety precautions given by the student's instructor should be closely followed.

6.  Purchaser assumes all liability for any use of products purchased from Science Solutions LLC.

7.  Science Solutions LLC is not responsible or liable for any use or misuse by our products.  

Warranty

If any equipment is defective, we will replace it free of charge.  Please be aware that replacement parts will take time to ship!  It is best to check your kit thoroughly upon arrival and ensure all parts were received and in working order. 

Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.  

Handling times can be up to 7 business days before shipping.  

We ship UPS Ground.  Transit time will vary.
